I think all these people and organizations I mentioned have the qualities worthy of being a role model I can inspire myself on in my daily life. Nicoletta reminding me to see beauty in the little things, The night Witches that remind me to be brave and follow my dreams even if others dont agree, Michael Cera making me take a humourous path in day to day life, Aya Takano inspiring me to nurture my creativity and finally Ada Lovelace reminding me to never lose my love for learning.

Conclusion

Ada´s mostly known for being the first computer programmer.She demonstrated in her papers that Charles Babbage's projected computer, the Analytical Engine, could perform complicated computations by following a set of steps, and she conjectured that similar programs may work with "other things except numbers..".

Aya Takano : Creativity

Aya Takano is one of the most creative artists I know, she´s known for her whimsical and otherworldly paintings where she often uses pastel colors and exquisite figures and themes, I admire her and her art style a lot, and her paintings let us look into the wonderful world she has going through her mind.

Nicoletta Ceccoli is a surrealist artist who draws doll like figures in weird and/or scary scenarios, personally I think her attention to detail and the objects she uses in the background reflect her admiration for the little things and the beauty in mundane items.

The Night Witches: Bravery

The night witches were a group of all female pilots who fought against nazis in world war II, they were largely critized at the time due to their gender and often sexually harrased on ground they got this nickname due to the nazis hatred for them.

I choose Michael Cera to represent the character strenght of humour since most of the characters he plays have pretty much the same personality, he has a lot of painfully awkward moments and I think thats honestly extremely relatable to most people, and obviously funny in most contexts.

From my point of view, someone who has this strenght in their top 5 is a person who can see the beauty in the simple things, and who are attentive to the environment that surrounds them.

To me, someone who is brave is someone who isn´t afraid to take risks and speak up if they don´t agree with something or if they want to defend someone.

Bravery

If you´re a person who includes humour in your life you like to have light-hearthed conversations and making jokes out of unfornute situations so you can keep a positive outlook in life, or simply so you can better cope.

To be creative you have to be able to imagine new things and solutions using things you already know or are inspired by, it´s being able to create something from scratch using only your head.

To have a love of learning is to have a constant drive to learn new things and fun facts about subjects you´re intrigued or curious about.
