The Greensboro Sit-Ins was when 4 students in Greensboro, NC protested by sitting in a whites only lunch counter. They were refused service but sat there all afternoon. Eventually this continued for the next few days until almost 100 were apart of this protest. When the restaurants started losing money they allowed blacks to sit there.
