Overview of the Greensboro sit ins

The Greensboro sit-ins were peaceful protests started by 4 college students. The sit-ins entailed the four students walking into a restaurant and sitting in a white-only counter or table and not moving of or talking just sitting until the they got served. The sit ins quickly grew to over hundred people protesting and the sit-ins influenced plenty of other peaceful protests around the country

Rosa Parks was a dressmaker and secretary who influenced one of the greatest movements in civil rights history. This all happened when Rosa was on a bus and was asked to move from her seat for a white person. She was then arrested because of this and then the mongomery bus boycott started because other arrest

Overview of MLKs I Have a Dream Speech

The I Have a Dream Speech is a famous speech by Martin Luther King. In it, King made multiple allusions to Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address. King also delivered the speech at the Lincoln Memorial, and over 250,000 people attended it live on August 28, 1963.
