Theres too much bread, rice, wheat, maize, various millets, amaranth, barley, and starchy foods
Conclusion
A summary of my experience with Indian Food
Pre-Experience
- I thought it might have very low tables and cusions to sit on the floor
- I pictured the orders being a large platter meant to share with the table
- I was expecting the food to be very spicy or given the choice to choose a mild temperature
Post-Experience
- They had American seating arangements but many cultural additions to the room design that enhanced the experience
- Surprise - it was a buffet
- The food was not nearly as spicy as expected, but there were still a few dishes that would give a decent burn
