You can make an outline to summarize the content and use words that will be imprinted in the memories of your audience

If you’re going to present live, we recommend training your voice and rehearsing; the best improvisation happens when you’re prepared!

Show enthusiasm, smile, and maintain eye contact with your audience. 'The eyes, chico. They never lie.’ You’re bound to impress.

Have you ever watched the Olympics? If you have, you have definitely heard of Simone Biles, the best gymnast in the world. Simone competed on the United States Olympic gymnastics team in 2016 and won four gold medals! Simone was on track to compete in her fifth Olympic Games until the Tokyo games were postponed due to the COVID-19 virus. Simone has changed the world of gymnastics forever with her new moves and skills. A skill is a type of trick that gymnasts perform in their floor, beam, vault, or bar routines. Some tricks that you might know include a cartwheel or handstand! Simone’s parents opened a gym dedicated to her and her success. Gymnasts from all around the world can come to train with her and her coaches in hopes to become as successful as her! Not only has Simone opened her own gym, won multiple Olympic gold medals, and created new skills, she has also written books and starred in a documentary. She is an example of someone who follows their dreams, has great ambition, and “shoots for the stars."

Chit Chat

Simone Biles is only 4 ft 8 inches tall. Many gymnasts are small. Why do you think this is? Let's research it.

Do you know any other incredible athletes?

What do you think is more important to athletic success- natural abilities or determination and training?

Simone's parents' support helped her become the best gymnast in the world. How will you support your children?
