The Digital EmpowHer project is designed to encourage adult women’s lifelong learning, skills development, and resilience, empowering them to access opportunities and succeed in the labor market.
This project aims to improve the quality and relevance of the guidance sector by directly addressing the needs of guidance practitioners and enhancing their ability to support women effectively.

Success Story
Today, Yana is not only confident and empowered but also successfully employed in her field. She attributes her success to the comprehensive support and practical tools provided by the program.
