Essential repairs involve addressing critical issues that significantly impact the unit's habitability and quality of life. These repairs are crucial for maintaining the fundamental aspects of the property, such as plumbing, electrical systems, heating, and structural integrity.

After implementing the temporary repair, please proceed with the established workflow if further repairs are needed. If not, please complete the meld as usual.
