When the Otis family arrived to their new house, Washington saw a stain of blood in the library, Mrs Umey said in a low voice 'It's the blood of lady Eleanore de Canterville'. Her husband killed her there in 1575. Sir Simon dissapeared nine years later but his ghost still haunts Canterville Chase. Washington took Pinkerton's Champion Cleaner and cleaned the blood of stain.

Mr. Otis bought a house in england. Everyone told him that he was very stupid because the Canterville Chase was haunted. Lord canterville ,the housekeeper of the Canterville Chase, said that the ghost appearS when a family arrives in this house

The Otis family is a six-member family Mr. Otis, his wife Mrs. lucretia, Washington, Virginia, the youngest children Stars and Stripes.

When the Otis family went downstairs to have breakfast, the stain was there again. Washington took again the Pinkerton's Cleaner and the stain dissapeared. Mr Otis decided to close the library and kept the key in his pocket.

On sunday night, the ghost appeared again, the family heard a loud noise in living room and ran downstairs quickly. They saw an old armour on the floor, then the ghost came out of the armour, the twins were very excited to saw this and went to his bedroom and take a peashooters. The ghost was very angry, at this moment the ghost started to laugh and he said "this is my perfect time" but Mrs Otis went to his bedroom and gave him a medicine for the ghost to feel better.

2015

At eleven o'clock everyone went to the bed, few hours later Mr Otis woke up because he heard a strange noise coming from outside of the door. Mr Otis went to the door and in front of him appeared an old man, his eyes were red and his grey hair was dirty, his clothes were dirty and on his wrist and ankles there were heavy chains, Mr Otis put in the chains an Rising American Lubricator to dissapear the noise on his chains. When Mr Otis made this, he went to his bed. The ghost was surprised and angry because Mr Otis was not afraid of him. Every single family that arrived to the house left due to the ghost. But he was not over, he would one day get revenge.

'This time i'll appear as the Headless lord' thought the ghost. 'i'll frighten them all'. then in the middle of the night he walked silently to the twins' bedroom. He pushed the door open and ... a big heavy jug of water fell on him. He was completely wet. Twins couldn't stop laughing

The ghost planned his revenge for friday, 17 August. He took his old dagger. ''Then i'll go to the parents room, i'll put my cold hands on Mrs Otis face, finally i'll go to the twins room, i'll stand between their beds in the form of dead body and then i'll make a noises all of the house".

2025

The Otis family began to live a normal life and didn't think about the ghost anymore. Mr Otis wrote a history of the American Government. Mr Otis wrote to Lord Canterville:' the ghost went away'

When the ghost went upstairs to the parent's room, in the corner he stopped and cried of terror when he saw another ghost.

The next day Virgiana and Cecil went riding together on their ponies, Virginia rode too close to a tree and tore her jacket. Went they returned to Canterville Chase, Virginia wanted to mend her jacket. She went inside the room quickly. She was very surprised when she saw the Canterville Ghost, who was sitting by the window.

'Far away, on the other side of the woods''.He said in a low voice, ''there's a little garden. The grass is green and soft there are big white flowers. 'Yes the Garden of Sleep' said the ghost, I want to lie in that silent garden and forget everything. There i can finally sleep, you can help me Virginia, you can open the gates because you have love. Love is stronger than anything. Sir simon explained Virginia that he finally sleeps if she pass at dark room and the angel of sleep acepted Sir simon but she will hear voices that prevent Virginia that didn´t made the action finally Virginia acepted and the ghost finally sleeps.

When Virginia returned to her bedroom, Mr Otis was very worried for her. Cecil asked her to marry him and Mr Otis organized a wedding.
