Inconterms São regras que definem as responsabilidades de compradores e vendedores entre as transações comerciais e internacionais.

Inconterms FCA O vendedor é responável por entregar a mercadoria ao transportador escolhido pelo comprador, no local defenido por ambos os responsaveis.

Inconterms FAS O vendedor é responsavel por entregar a mercadoria ao lado do navio no porto de embarque.a partir dai o computador assume os custos e riscos.

Inconterms FOB O vendedor entrega a mercadoria a bordo no navio, e o comprador assume os custos e riscos após o embarque.
