Create templates with markers and signer tags saved to the document. Templated documents can be sent individually or added to a Package.

Create Templates and Packages
Templated documents can be sent individually or added to a Package. 1. To create a template, select Templates from the homepage and select Add+ on the new window. 2. Enter a name in the Template Draft field. 3. Enter a description as needed. 4. Upload your documents. If applicable, enter your document code in the Document Link field.

5. Select +Add Role and in the pop-up modal select the signer roles, and press Select. 6. Add the signer tags and markups as needed. 7. When your template has been configured, select Save in the top right corner.

Multiple Templates can be brought together into a Package. A group of documents that are normally signed together can be included in a single package.1. To create a Package, select Package on the homepage. 2. Enter a name in the Template Draft field. 3. Enter a description as needed. 4. Select Add Existing Template(s) . In the pop-up window, select the Templates to be included in the package. 5. Press Select. 6. Then select Save in the top right corner.

There are some differences in the workflow when creating a signing session that incorporates Templates or Packages. The difference is how documents are added to a signing session. 1. To begin, create a session as you normally would. Be sure to add recipients before adding a package. 2. When it comes time to add documents to the session, select Add Package(s).

3. In the pop-up window, navigate to and select the package(s) to be added to the signing session, then select Next.

4. Select the signers by their title, and select Next. 5. Because signer tags have already been added to the document the system just needs to know who signs where. Select Next.

6. If there are more signer tags than there are signers, a window will appear with a message. Select Yes, to have the extra signer tags removed from the document for this signing session. 7. You're now ready to preview and send the document to the signer(s).
