Temperature Danger Zone

The Zone between 40-140 degrees farenheit is the zone where bacteria can grow most rapidly.

FAT-TOM

Food Like protien and carbs are what the bacteria smetime needs to survive. Bacteria grows best in foods with little to no acid 7.5-4.6. Bacteria grows the most rapidly between 40-135 which is called the temperature danger zone. And the more time the bacteria spends in the danger zone, the more opportunites it has to get to a dangerous level. Some bacteria need and do not need oxygen to grow. Bacteria grows most in moist areas around .85 on the moisture scale
