BEFORE SUBMITTING PROJECT REQUEST
General
What is the value added for this CMG piece? Do I have a design or content style preference? Do I have a source to provide the team if a new program or scenerio? Do I have all imagery and files ready to provide the design team?
VIDEO
What is the CMG value added for this video? Are CMG Loan Products & Programs discussed in the video which the LO made or the video that the LO plans to make with the video team. Video scripts need to be approved by Compliance before the actual video shoot occurs. For most videos make sure that it is 16x9 horizontal. Unless this is for a social reel video which is a vertical format 9x16. Make sure to use the McStreamy video kit when an LO shoots their own video. This McStreamy video kit has a RING light and a stand for their mobile phone. Plan to have a kick-off meeting to discuss the video's project scope and deadlines. Make sure to provide a dropbox web link for your videos so the video team can download the videos which need editing. Please do not use a CMG sharepoint link.
Events
Make sure to use Event Form when submitting event collateral When submitting an event project on behalf of your LO and you need marketing/Regulation and Policy review, please make sure to mark "yes" for marketing, "yes" for the marketing tiers, and select yourself as the Strategist. If submitting an event on behalf of your LO that does not need marketing, but you want the event added to your folder to see progress of approval, reach out to Emily to let her know. Do you need assets ASAP?
- If so, please use the event templates in Canva to create them and then submit them through Regulation/Policy review
Would you like the design to be casual or professional? Is this a re-occuring event? If so, would it make sense to have Canva templates made? How will the event be promoted? Are there costs associated and will they be split with the co-host? Will there be a raffle?
- If so, what items will be raffled?
- A Typeform will need to be created and a QR code added to an asset to be placed at the event. The person will fill out the form and the winner will be picked the next day.
Marketing Regulation & Policy
LO name, Job title, & NMLS ID#, & fair housing logo are present (info should come from consumer access) If a flyer or email (that’s not going into SF) state disclaimer & branch address/branch NMLS ID# should be present If a rate is listed on the collateral that is specifically being offered by your LO (i.e. a permanent buydown) we will need a screenshot of the rate & APR from a reliable source like Byte, Clear, or a closing cost worksheet works as well. If your LO is wanting to advertise an award that they won, please provide a source
