  • review their application (by scrolling)

  • Rank applicants to keep track of your top choices (1-9999)—this can be used as a filter to organize who your top candidates are
  • Email applicants
  • Schedule phone screens and in-person interviews
  • Disposition applicants to move them through the recruiting process
