The Library

As you complete the search of the library you find a letter stuck between two books...

Dear Congress Member Polly T. Cian, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to urge you to support the "Clean Water for All" bill currently under consideration in Congress. As a resident of our state, I strongly believe that all individuals, regardless of their economic status, deserve a protected, healthy environment and clean drinking water. The "Clean Water for All" bill would provide this much-needed regulation and ensure that all communities will have access to safe water now and in the future. I understand that there may be opposing views on this issue, but I ask that you consider the moral imperative behind this bill and the many individuals and families who would benefit from its passage. I believe that this bill is a critical step towards creating a safe and equitable society for all. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your support of this important bill. Sincerely, Just A. Citizen

The strict limitations on chemicals that can be added to farm fields will be a problem. Using different chemicals will cost the farmers more and potentially be less effective thus reducing the crops they can produce.
