- Prohibido fumar o vapear dentro de las instalaciones. Somos una empresa 100% libre de humo.
- Procurar no bloquear pasillos y puertas.
Prohibido el uso de celular en áreas productivas, a excepción de las Zonas seguras de uso de celular. No puedes dirigirte a zonas que no estén marcadas en tu permiso de trabajo. No manipular maquinaria, herramientas en las estaciones de trabajo sin autorización. No está permitido el trabajo en solitario.

Lineamientos de Seguridad
- Indispensable uso de pantalones que cubran hasta el tobillo (no rotos) y de telas resistentes como mezclilla, nylon, gabardina, lana, poliéster.
- Todos los incidentes, accidentes o near miss deben ser reportados con tu contacto o HSE.
- Traer mi propio extintor y material en caso de generar chispa (lonas, mantas, etc.)
- Para equipos adicionales (montacargas, plataformas, etc.), entregar checklist y reporte de último mantenimiento.

Se define Atmósfera Explosiva a una fuente de incendio efectiva, que combinada con el oxígeno suficiente y sustancias inflamables en forma de gas, niebla, vapor o polvo; puede provocar una explosión en condiciones atmosféricas.Dentro de Safran SAEM se encuentran al menos 10 zonas ATEX, todas identificadas con la señalética ncorrespondiente.

Antes de manipular cualquier cable o tablero se debe hacer un bloqueo de energía, y la descarga de la energía residual en caso de ser necesario.Únicamente se pueden realizar trabajos eléctricos estando capacitado y autorizado. Se deberá usar el equipo de protección personal específico que aplique según la actividad.
1. Tener permiso de trabajo autorizado 2. El ingeniero de mantenimiento es el único autorizado para realizar procedimiento LOTO correspondientes en la máquina o tablero a intervenir. 3. El contratista deberá traer sus propios candados, deben ser color azul.

Cuando llegamos a preparar el área donde vamos a trabajar, es importante hacer un recorrido visual para identificar salidas de emergencia, rutas de evacuación, y puntos de reunión. En caso de que suene la Alarma de emergencia aplicar el protocolo de evacuación.
Abandonar el edificio y dirigirme al punto de reunión más cercano.
Permanecer en el punto de reunión y esperar indicaciones.
Cuando sea informado que el ejercicio de simulacro o evento real ha concluido, regreso a mi área de trabajo y reporte cualquier anomalia.

Safety Guidelines
- The use of personal protective equipment is mandatory at all times. It is the contractor’s responsibility to bring their own PPE.
- Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the facilities. We are a 100% smoke-free company.
- Avoid blocking hallways and doors.
The use of cell phones is prohibited in production areas, except in designated safe cell phone zones. You may not go to areas that are not marked on your work permit. Do not operate machinery or tools at workstations without authorization. Working alone is not allowed.

Security Guidelines
- Mandatory use of pants that cover the ankles (no tears) and made of durable fabrics such as denim, nylon, twill, wool, or polyester.
- All incidents, accidents, or near misses must be reported to your supervisor or HSE.
- Bring your own fire extinguisher and materials in case sparks are generated (tarps, blankets, etc.).
- For additional equipment (forklifts, platforms, etc.), submit the checklist and the report of the last maintenance.
- The generated waste is the responsibility of the supplier or contractor.
- Do not pour substances into the sewer or drains.

ATEX Zones
An Explosive Atmosphere is defined as an effective ignition source which, combined with sufficient oxygen and flammable substances in the form of gas, mist, vapor, or dust, can cause an explosion under atmospheric conditions. Within Safran SAEM, there are at least 10 ATEX zones, all identified with the corresponding signage.
All spark-generating work is prohibited in these zones.

Evacuation Protocol
When we arrive to prepare the area where we will work, it is important to do a visual inspection to identify emergency exits, evacuation routes, and assembly points. In case the emergency alarm sounds, apply the evacuation protocol.

Leave the building and proceed to the nearest assembly point.
Remain at the meeting point and wait for instructions.

Committing unsafe acts or violating the HSE regulations is grounds for sanctions within the Safran SAEM facilities; therefore, you must be aware of the different levels and their consequences.
Accumulating two notifications will result in an administrative report.
It is the responsibility of the Purchasing Department to enforce sanctions on the contractor.
First notice
Written notice with a request for an action plan to prevent repeating the deviation.
Second notice
It may be cause for penalties or payment delays.
Third notice
They will be removed from SAFRAN's supplier list.

Once you have completed the HSE and FOD courses and filled out the forms, you may proceed with submitting your documents. The HSE department will validate them and share the credential form with you once everything is in order. The first signature is yours, contractors; then Quality, and finally HSE.

The FOD course must be completed. Once registered, the credential will be signed with the Quality team.

Antes de manipular cualquier cable o tablero se debe hacer un bloqueo de energía, y la descarga de la energía residual en caso de ser necesario.Únicamente se pueden realizar trabajos eléctricos estando capacitado y autorizado. Se deberá usar el equipo de protección personal específico que aplique según la actividad.
1. Tener permiso de trabajo autorizado 2. El ingeniero de mantenimiento es el único autorizado para realizar procedimiento LOTO correspondientes en la máquina o tablero a intervenir. 3. El contratista deberá traer sus propios candados, deben ser color azul.

Conservo la calma y suspendo cualquier actividad.
Cuando llegamos a preparar el área donde vamos a trabajar, es importante hacer un recorrido visual para identificar salidas de emergencia, rutas de evacuación, y puntos de reunión. En caso de que suene la Alarma de emergencia aplicar el protocolo de evacuación.
Abandonar el edificio y dirigirme al punto de reunión más cercano.
Permanecer en el punto de reunión y esperar indicaciones.
Cuando sea informado que el ejercicio de simulacro o evento real ha concluido, regreso a mi área de trabajo y reporte cualquier anomalia.

Cometer actos inseguros o violar el reglamento de HSE es motivo de sanción dentro de las instalaciones de Safran SAEM, es por ello que debes conocer los diferentes niveles y las consecuencias de las mismas.

ATEX Zones
An Explosive Atmosphere is defined as an effective ignition source which, combined with sufficient oxygen and flammable substances in the form of gas, mist, vapor, or dust, can cause an explosion under atmospheric conditions. Within Safran SAEM, there are at least 10 ATEX zones, all identified with the corresponding signage.
All spark-generating work is prohibited in these zones.

Electrical work
LOTO - Lock out/tag out

Evacuation Protocol
When we arrive to prepare the area where we will work, it is important to do a visual inspection to identify emergency exits, evacuation routes, and assembly points. In case the emergency alarm sounds, apply the evacuation protocol.
I remain calm and stop all activities.
Leave the building and proceed to the nearest assembly point.
Remain at the meeting point and wait for instructions.
When informed that the drill or actual event has concluded, I return to my work area and report any anomalies.

Sanctions
Committing unsafe acts or violating the HSE regulations is grounds for sanctions within the Safran SAEM facilities; therefore, you must be aware of the different levels and their consequences.
Accumulating two notifications will result in an administrative report.
It is the responsibility of the Purchasing Department to enforce sanctions on the contractor.
First notice
Written notice with a request for an action plan to prevent repeating the deviation.
Second notice
It may be cause for penalties or payment delays.
Third notice
They will be removed from SAFRAN's supplier list.
Fourth notice and/or first serious notice
Remember that notifications are cumulative per company (including subcontractors).

Once you have completed the HSE and FOD courses and filled out the forms, you may proceed with submitting your documents. The HSE department will validate them and share the credential form with you once everything is in order. The first signature is yours, contractors; then Quality, and finally HSE.

The number of signatures depends on the type of permit you require. The second-to-last signature must be from the HSE team, and the last one from the HSE Manager. Before starting work, you must have all the signatures.
