Creating Candidate Pools-
To create a new pool, select Add Pool. Type the name you want and press Enter.To add a candidate to a pool:
In the People list page, select the candidate
Select the three dots, then select Add to Pools.
My Pools— create and view lists of candidates you have saved for future consideration Ex: create a pool named "Save for Later” for candidates who weren’t selected for the current hiring cycle, but you want to reach back out to them if another opening arises
