What is iorad?

Iorad is a software platform designed to help organizations manage their training on applications more efficiently. Here are some of the benefits of using iorad:

What is the partnership?

  • Clients can purchase the full iorad integration at a discount as part of a bundled package with their platform
  • The client to add the iorad browser extension to Chrome, Mozilla, etc.; no action is required from an SDM; the client adds the browser extension themselves (or with the help of iorad)
  • Adding the extension will activate an iorad activity button when the client is creating a course that allows them to quickly create an iorad tutorial and have it automatically embedded via a document activity

Let's take a look at the process for Essential, Advanced, and Ultimate clients with iorad.

Essential implementations

For Essential clients with iorad, there little action that our team needs to take to get the client up and running. We will simply need to take the following actions:

  • As of now, Lauren will host kick-off (KO) meetings with Essential clients and include an iorad-specific section in her follow-up with the client both after their KO and their launch
  • The client will be provided with access to an iorad-specific course via the Engagement Academy (EA)
  • If an Essential client needs iorad-specific support, they can schedule a training call and/or submit a support ticket through their iorad dasboard

Advanced/Ultimate implementations

For Advanced + Ultimate clients with iorad, we will host planning meeting with the client and an iorad representative to get the client started.

  • The SDM will schedule a planning meeting with the client and iorad; you can check Ashleigh's (from iorad) calendar to align times with all 3 of you
  • The client will be provided with access to an iorad-specific course via the Engagement Academy (EA)
  • The LEC will include an iorad-specific section to their follow-up email
  • If an Advanced/Ultimate client needs iorad-specific support, they can schedule a training call and/or submit a support ticket through their iorad dashboard

Advanced/Ultimate implementation timeline

Client support is as easy as them accessing their iorad dashboard.
