Paediatric Clinic
At Ubuntu’s Paediatric Centre, we provide world-class healthcare to vulnerable children and mothers, ensuring they thrive. From HIV prevention to nutrition support, we're here to make sure disease doesn’t define their future. In the townships of Gqeberha, where healthcare is often unequal, underfunded, and under-resourced, Ubuntu is bridging the gap. Operating from the region's first state-of-the-art paediatric HIV clinic, we provide world-class medical care to vulnerable children, pregnant mothers, and community members. Our dedicated team delivers comprehensive care—from TB treatment to HIV prevention, reproductive health services, and nutrition—ensuring that disease doesn't define our clients' lives. At our clinic, we are very proud to say that 100% of HIV+ positive mothers give birth to HIV negative babies. The mental, physical, and emotional strides that children and caregivers make at the Ubuntu Centre have to be reinforced by a stable, secure home environment. Our caseworkers strive to achieve this incredibly complex aim each day. They work closely with nurses to implement individualised case management plans, monitor progress through home visits, and continuously re-evaluate clients’ trajectories.
Green Campus
Our school is 100% solar-powered. We are working to expand our solar power to scale energy needs with campus expansion and limit the effects of load-shedding on the delivery of services. By 2050, we plan to be completely off the grid.
Ubuntu Primary School
The Ubuntu School inspires lifelong individual development and intellectual curiosity to enable students to experience the joy of learning in order to become strong global citizens and uplift their communities. The Ubuntu School’s approach is unique and innovative. While we provide each student with a strong academic foundation, we also provide the extracurricular, health, and household stability support necessary for children to thrive both in and out of the classroom. Through this integrated support system, every child has the resources she needs to build a healthy and financially stable future.

Job Skills Centre
At Ubuntu’s Job Skills Training Centre, we prepare youth with practical skills, from coding to culinary arts, helping them secure and sustain employment for long-term financial stability. Ubuntu’s Job Skills Training (JST) Program is our job-readiness course that prepares non-university tracked youth to attain and sustain employment. Our world-class vocational training centre features classrooms, a technology wing, small business simulation and training workspaces, and counselling rooms. Utilising these facilities, we implement targeted, market-driven training from culinary arts to coding. The Ubuntu Cafe--an operational business on our Campus– serves as a unique, hands-on training ground for program participants to learn the ins and outs of the service industry through 8-week program cycles. This rigorous immersion prepares non-university tracked youth to attain and sustain employment. Upon graduation, Ubuntu places JST graduates with various recruiting partners in our employment opportunity pipeline, from McDonalds to South African College of Tourism. We also provide job retention support, enabling JST graduates to achieve long-term financial stability.
Early Childhood Development Centre
At our Early Childhood Development Centre, kids are given a strong start with a world-class, play-based curriculum, setting them up for success before they even start school.
