This programme aims to help them achieve career clarity by leveraging some of the tools used by career coaches, without the heavy cost associated with engaging with a coach.

Many young adults complete formal education and feel unclear of the right direction for them to go in. Or they may have gone straight into work after school, falling into a career but feeling completely unsatisfied with the direction they are going.

Through the process of analysing and understanding our target audience we are able to design digital learning interventions that meet the needs of our learners whilst also keeping engagement levels high.Using the ADDIE process, this stage falls under our stage of Analyse.I have created two different learner persona’s for characteristics of young people are struggling with career unfulfillment.

On analysis of our learner persona’s data, i have come to the conclusion that learning in the form of micro-learning will best suit our target audience as they are already spending time watching video’s online, they can easily access this learning via their mobile phone and it is time friendly on their schedules. It is also easy to tailor for disabilities including the hearing impairment of one of our learnerst.
