iNTRODUCTION

Today we are going to talk about summer schools in europe their characeteristics, course options, social and cultural programmes, advantges and disadvantages

CHaraceteristics of the program

SmartWood Summer is an international summer school for students aged 9 to 16, offering an immersive English language experience. The program includes various activities and excursions aimed at overcoming language barriers. Located on a 32-acre campus in the Kent countryside, it provides easy access to airports and cities. With a focus on communication skills, the program offers 15 hours of English classes per week, taught by qualified teachers, in small classes of up to 10 students. Upon completion, students receive a recognized certificate of achievement.

1-identify and distingush between the diffrent types of platfroms on wich professional speakers present. 2-Disseminate informartion from a range of sources to o prepare and deliver presentations in public domains appropriate to the audience. 3-Employ newly acquired non-verbal and verbal communication techniques to produce polished presentations for different audiences and in different settings. 4-Speak with confidence to different audiencdes, achivieng a high degree of fluency and accuracy.

Desadvantages

1-One of them is that you are far from your family and friends 2-It´s another to lose half of your vacations 3-Another is that the cost is high, especially when it is interncional

Advantages

1-You get to know other cultures and learn more about 2-Strengthen your resume for your future 3-And you will be more prepared for your next school year

Would you go to this summer school ?

In our opinion we all would go to that summer school because we think its a great oportunity to reenforce our english language and culture and to communicate with people from other countries and start being there friends.

to conclude, we learn more about summer schools and even tink better about entering such a school in the summer
