The Problem: This project had an elevator within their ICRA containment. Although the elevator doors were "sealed," you can see major unwanted air movement. The Solution: The ICRA wall was moved so that the elevator was no longer inside of the ICRA containment.

The Problem: Negative pressure seemed correct at ICRA Permit signoff. However, daily worker ingress and egress caused dangerous pressure fluctuations. The Solution: An anteroom was installed to help maintain negative air pressure within the controlled environment.

The Problem: ICRA containment pressure was within acceptable levels. However, air quality issues were detected near the OR! The Solution: Drywall sanding particles were leaking through a small but improperly taped ICRA panel that was re-taped.
