introduction;fIRE is the most common source of death and injury in the wrokplace , this leads to it affecting work. This is why enployers should have a very strict fire health and saftey policy because fire has the power to put a whole street on fire.

This is why employers and employees must have a specific type of fire safety training which Fire Safety training equips individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent fires, respond effectively in the event of a fire, and ensure the safety of themselves and others. The training covers topics such as understanding fire hazards, using fire extinguishers, implementing evacuation procedures, and maintaining fire safety equipment.

Storage and handling is were they handle flammable objects and liquids and where they store it, empoleyrs must store flammable materials in designated, well-ventilated areas away from ignition sources.They must also use appropriate containers for chemicals and clearly label all materials.They should also keep aisles and exits clear to ensure safe evacuation routes.

in maintenance empolyers should always Schedule regular inspections and maintenance of fire safety equipment to make sure all their procedures are correct and everything in general is okay.alos Ensuring that fire exits are accessible and clearly marked.
