Inline Grammage Control

Measure the adhesive coat weight inline, independently from the substrate thickness. No need to stop/restart the line for sample measurement. Avoid downtime and product loss associated with production restarts.

Close-loop: Inspection & Application

When working with Akura application technologies: Control the average grammage of each hydraulic zone in close-loop with the gear pumps. When Weight Inspekt detects a deviation in one of the hydraulic zones, it automatically adjusts the adhesive flow.

Cameras System

High-precision linear cameras for image capture

Cameras are synchronized with the line speed using an encoder, ensuring accurate and consistent images, even at high speeds.

Lighting

Linear LED modules (focused, diffused, etc) that can be adapted for different applications: transparent, opaque, and metallic surfaces.

Operator: Compact station with PC, 24-inch touchscreen monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Vision system processor & server.

NAS: Standard configuration (4 x 18 TB in Raid 5) allows storing the full history of 50000 rolls of 1.6 m width by 2000 m length.

Traffic Light and Horn: Visual and audible alarms for signaling critical issues.

UPS –(Battery backup) essential to ensure operational continuity, protect electronic equipment and maintain the integrity of data and systems in case of power interruptions and other anomalies in power supply.

Process Integration: Digital inputs and outputs for process integration. There is an option to provide information via Profinet Slave, Ethercat Slave, ModbusTCP/IP.
