College students reported "greater happiness, thriving, flourishing, resilience, and optimism, as well as lower levels of anxiety and loneliness" on days when they performed more acts of kindness.
According to the American College Health Association, 76% of undergrad students experience moderate to serious psychological distress.
Who Are We?
We are a student-led group, dedicated to improving the quality of life on campus. We believe that a little kidness can go a long way. Only though kindess and empathy can we make the Wesleyan campus a healthier, more positive environment for students. We invite all of you to particpate in our movement to help us improve the Bishop lifestyle.

More than 80% of college students say they feel overwhelmed by their workload.
