  • 2nd: 1st Meeting of the Erasmus Group for the organisation of the ERASMUS DAYS
  • 14-19th: 1st Challenge of the ECO CLUB: Reusing Plastic Bottles for water
  • 14-27th: ERASMUS DAYS activities
  • 14th: Entry Questionnaire about their environmental attitude sent to the students' parents.
  • 14th: Participation in the World Day of Electronics and Electrical appliances' Recycling
  • 29th: Fieldwork in the nearby square and recording of the garbage and recycling bins existing there (Students counted the bins and the proper use of them was explained to them).

  • 1st :2nd meeting of the ECO CLUB
  • 4th: Announcement of the 2nd challenge (Which class has less paper thrown in the recycling bin).
  • 7th: Prizes from last year's Pet-friendliness competition.
  • 12th: The Eco Club announced A Christmas Card competition. Cards should be made from material we already have, preferably natural ones.
  • 12th: Fifth Graders participate in the programme "Save the Forest".
  • 12th: European Quality Label for the Etwinning project “Save the Earth – Sustainable development goals – cooperation for common goals" implemented last year in our school.
  • 17th: International Action Day: Plastic Clever Schools
  • 18th: The Eco Club announced the challenge for the best Eco-friendly Chritmas Tree.
  • 22nd: The 'Books on Wheels' (with environmental topic) leave our school!

  • 6th: The students made artwork collage of natural material in the Art Gallery
  • 6th: Students' visit to 'Violanta' factory, the first eco-friendly biscuit factory with no chimney.
  • 2-9th: Our school participated in the project 'The Mercury of Christmas' exchanging hand-made ecological ornaments with schools all over Greece.
  • 7th: Our school participated in the 1st International Student Conference of Sustainable Education: "From Mythology to Space – Myth2space”!
  • 12th: Participation in the Regional Developmental Project: "Promoting cycling in my town"
  • 12th: 1st online teacher training session of the International Network of Sustainable Education called «Ecological Schools».

  • 9th: Certificate for our participation in the International Action Day 'Plastic-Clever Schools'
  • 13th: Eco-Club Challenge: Which class will gather and recycle the most batteries.
  • 18th: Participation in the progeamme 'Circular Economy'
  • 21st: Participation in the Regional Developmental Project: "Promoting cycling in my town"
  • 26th: First flow of 2 school teachers in Helsinki Finland to attend the course: 'Environmental Education in Finland: theEco-Social Approach'.

  • 3rd: New challenge of the Eco-club: Which class uses refillable water bottles most.
  • 4th: Presentation to the school staff of the skills and experiences attained in the Finland course by the 2 colleagues.
  • 17th:New challenge of the Eco Club: No litter in the schoolyard.
  • 18th: Broadcasting on the European School Radio. Topic related to Recycling.
  • 24th: New challenge of the Eco-Club: Making posters for energy-saving. Appointing students in each class to switch off the lights.
