Bolcheviques: é quem integrava em um dos dois grupos que se formaram a partir da divisão do Partido Operário Social Democrata Russo. Este era o grupo mais radical, comandado por Lenin.

Absolutismo: na Rússia o absolutismo era conhecido como czar, onde somente uma pessoa governava, ou seja, somente uma pessoa tinha poder.

Comunismo: é um sistema ideológico e um movimento politico, filosófico, social e econõmico cujo obejetivo final é o estabelecimento de uma sociedade comunista, onde não haverá classes socais, a existência de um estado e também não existirá propriedades privadas.

Facismo: é uma ideologia política ultranacionalista e autoritária caracterizada por poder ditatorial, repressão da oposição por via da força e forte arrigimentação da sociedade e da economia.

Expressionismo: corrente artística com destaque na Alemanha. Expressa as emoções, valoriza a interioridade e não a representação interior. Evidencia preocupações políticas e sociais, dando particular atenção à essência humana e à natureza.

Domingo Sangrento: foi um massacre que ocorreu em 9 de janeiro de 1905. Manifestantes marcharam pacificamente até o Palácio de Inverno para apresentar uma petição ao czar(Nicolau II) mas acabaram por serem baleados pela guarda imperial russa.
