I chose this topic because I believe people should exercise an be in a great healthy body.
Benefits when working out
- Exercising and maintaining a healthy weight would play an important role which is helping you prevent obesity.
- Lower your blood pressure, lose extra weight, and watch your waistline.
- Many sought to justify & perpetuate slavery through medicine
Tips on exercising:
- Setting a personal goal- set a short-term and a long-term personal fitness goal.
- It is Finding a friend to work out with. Someone who is a great motivator and makes exercise fun for you. could be anyone like a family member, spouse, neighbor…
- Lean on technology. Smartphone fitness apps and wearable technology are great tools to use to see your progress
what prevents people from working out ?
Lack of time: People often make excuses saying they do not have time even though after they finish work/school they have no time
- Lack of motivation: this is one common reason why people don't exercise it's the lack of motivation people lose motivation they don't set themselves up for success with the goals they choose.
- Lack of energy: people with a lack of energy don't want to exercise especially when they have a busy day they'll be looking forward to the comfort of their beds
