Computer Science: implements alghorithms and pratical aspects of implementing them to improve the computer's components and efficency.ICT: deals with the management of data and information.IT: refers to the development of hardware, software and digital communication.Digital Literacy: treats the way in which people understand digital information and interact with it safely.

The ICT, basically, helps humans to monitor or track their healthy status thanks to devices such as smart watches, biosensors etc... that send notifications about workout routines, pulse rates and so on.There are some potential hazards coming from ICT and the long periods of time using computers and smartphones such as: -Repetitive Strain Injury(RSI) -Eye Strain -Backache -Stress -Obesity

ICT helps us advance the work efficency and speed by the using of machines and robots to produce high quality products at a lower cost in a huge quantity.Also the media and entertainment sector now uses digital broadcasting exploiting new satellite and cable infrastructures.At last work has now become digital thanks to smartworking.

The environment has been impacted by ICT in some ways like: -Positive impact: Mobility reduction with management of traffic and the reduce of pollution. Reduction of packaging and physical supports thanks to the reduction of CDs, Videos and packaging. Monitoring Earth changes thanks to the use of satellite digital systems. -Negative impact: high consumption of electric energy, E-waste, tourism pollution, global warming and paper waste

Smartworking has improved a lot thanks to COVID-19 pandemic because social distancing was necessary, so companies chose specific software and applications to allow workers to work simultaneously from anywhere and communicate faster in a virtual workplace
E-waste: is cause by the replace of technology that cause huge amount of waste which adds up to the amount of the space junk from discarded satellites.Tourism pollution has incresed municipal energy consumption and waste production. Global warming: is caused by huge amount of carbon dioxide realesed into the atmosphere.
RSI: is caused by typing or using a mouse for too long.Eye Strain: is caused by looking at the screen for a long period of time. Backache:is caused by a bad posture at the computer. Stress: caused by irritating situations involving computers and smartphone. Obesity: Caused bu sedentary life style.
