1. Create client profile on SF (Bills training)2. Send out New client onboarding form via Docusign & chase until complete3. Fill in all informational fields and create main contact profile (Using info from completed onboarding form) 4. Send contract to Client and get signed (Speak to line manager)

1. Confirm candidate details havent changed with confirmation document 2. If there are changes update on SF & let Chels know (Major changes like bank details & Umbrella or LTD company changes need to be communicated ASAP)

1. Create candidate profile on SF (Bill's training) 2. Send out canidate onboarding form via Docusign & chase until complete4. Onboarding Uploads: Passport image & RTW (if applicable), CV, Insurances (if applicable)

1. Create placement on SF (Bill's training) 2. Send out COA & contract via Docusign3. If existing client -> send out placement onboarding form via Docusign and chase4. Fill in all informational fields using completed placement onboarding form5. All tick boxes complete will change the onboarding status to submitted so I can begin to process

Placement record

  • PO's need to be chased and sent to Nahim. Please do not delay onboarding for this.
  • References need to be chased and uploaded to candidate profile. Please do not delay onboarding for this.
  • Please keep communication clear & frequent. Responding to all update requests
  • Any changes need to be communicated with me or updated on SF as soon as realistically possible
  • Utilize the chatter function on SF
  • Onboarding is your prioirity. If you have a starter you need to have all onboarding submitted by latest 2 business days before. If this will not be possible you will need to alert me of the situation before the deadline.
  • If actions are required for onboarding please prioritise
  • If a placement is not onboarded it effects Customer Care & also prevents invoicing which will halt commission & money brought into the business
  • There are confirmation documents that can be sent instead of new forms
