Passwords protect information that you need to keep private and safe from others. They are also useful for sharing information securely. E.g. password protecting a file. Passwords are also necessary in protecting your devices and accounts. This could, for example, be personal information, banking details and online accounts.

Easy Access

Without a strong and secure password, you can be left exposed to criminals looking to steal from you or pretend to be you, for both work and personal accounts. Similarly, you could be exposed to other threat actors who seek to gain unauthorised access to your, or your companies data.
