surprise
One snowy day, Taro the Tarsius ran to Leo the Balancer with wide eyes full of surprise.
"Leo! Leo!" Taro exclaimed. "I just received so many gifts for the big forest celebration, and I don't know what to do with them all! I'm so excited, but it's all a bit too much!" Leo smiled kindly. "I understand, Taro. Sometimes when we receive many surprises, it can feel overwhelming. But I have an idea that will help you balance all that excitement—and it’s a fun one!"
surprise
Leo reached into his bag and pulled out ten colorful presents. Each gift was wrapped in bright paper—some red, some blue, some green. There were different shapes too—some square, some round, and some triangular.
"Leo! Leo!" Taro exclaimed. "I just received so many gifts for the big forest celebration, and I don't know what to do with them all! I'm so excited, but it's all a bit too much!"
surprise
"Let’s start by matching the gifts into pairs," said Leo. "Look at the colors and shapes of each present. Find one that matches it. For example, this red square present needs to be matched with another red square." Taro picked up a red square present and found another one just like it. "Got it!" Taro said.
surprise
"Good job! Now, let’s continue matching the others until all of your presents have pairs," Leo instructed. Taro worked happily, matching the gifts by color and shape. As Taro and Leo continued, they matched the gifts by color and shape—round red gifts, square blue ones, and green triangles. Soon, all the presents were paired together, none left behind.
surprise
Taro looked at Leo with a big smile. "We did it! All the presents are in pairs!" Leo nodded approvingly. "Exactly, Taro. See how balancing your surprise can be fun? When everything is matched, just like your excitement, it feels calm and balanced. No need to be overwhelmed by too much at once." Taro grinned. "Now I can enjoy the surprises one by one, and the excitement is just right!"
