My study is about procrastination among college students and adults. Some people are habitual procrastinators, while others procrastinate here and there. What most people do not know is that there is a psychology behind procrastination. A lot of people love instant rewards, and that is what procrastination gives you. These studies show procrastination amoung adults and college students.
