Tendency and intensity to which someone seeks interaction with their environment, particularly socially. It encompasses the comfort and assertiveness levels of people in social situations.
Describes the overall emotional stability of an individual through how they perceive the world. Includes one’s propensity to experience negative emotions.
Refers to a person’s ability to regulate impulse control to engage in goal-directed behavior. Highly conscientious people tend to be organized and mindful of details.
What is self-esteem?

It is the personal judgment of worthiness that is expressed in the attitudes that individuals hold toward themselves. It is a subjective experience which the individual conveys to others by verbal reports and other overt expressive behavior.

Sel-efficacy is related to the attributon theory, it is how people explain the causes of their own successes and failures.

Can be define as the subjective feeling of tension, apprehension, nervousness, and worry associated with an arousal of the autonomic nervous system.
