Rest Your Brain

Try these calming strategies

Are you really finished?

Check that your work is ready to turn in by asking...
  • Is it complete? Did you complete all the questions? Did you follow all of the steps?
  • Is it neat? Did you use your best handwriting, spelling and spacing? Can the teacher read it?
  • Is it your best effort? Did you rush through, or take your time and put thought into it?
  • Is it correct? Reread and double check your answers. Fix or add things to improve it.
  • Is your name on it? Make sure the teacher knows it's yours!
