Create business games about consulting about case given by our partners there is an example :Participants are divided into groups of 3-4 and tasked with creating a start-up based on a problem provided by the Skema Consulting Club (e.g., improving urban transport or reducing food waste). The game proceeds as follows: Introduction: Skema Consulting Club members act as investors, explaining the rules. Game Phase (20 minutes): Each group must: Develop an innovative solution to the problem. Create a basic business model (customer, revenue, costs). Prepare a brief presentation of their start-up (name, concept, target market, action plan). Pitch Presentations: Each group has 3 minutes to pitch their start-up, followed by 1-2 questions from the jury. Creation of a consulting AI

Training sessions in partnership with CASK'Lille and their training department leaders to foster collaboration between Skema USA and the companies training you and Atrian on developing an AI to teach the fundamentals of consulting. This AI would serve Skema Consulting USA by: 1) providing a training in consulting with real professional data and specific case studies. 2) helping to understand specific consulting and strategy cases. 3) Developing new ways of thinking. 4) Establishing a new partnership. 5) Enhancing our skills in AI management.

Conference on March 8th about Gender Inequalities in Business

A woman working in consulting could give a talk on how to break the glass ceiling for women. I propose three women I personally admire for this conference: 1) Anne Bioulac General Director at Roland Berger in France, Anne is an expert in digital transformation who inspires women to aim for leadership positions in consulting. 2) Valérie Gombart CEO of Hi Inov, Valérie supports tech start-ups and serves as a role model for women looking to advance in venture capital. 3) Isabelle Millat Head of Sustainable Finance at Société Générale, Isabelle promotes responsible investment strategies and diversity in the financial sector..

1) Explore the Various Career Paths: Learn about the different consulting jobs, career progressions, opportunities, and salary ranges based on roles.2) How to Join a Consulting Firm: Understand the different types of consulting firms and their specialties, and learn the necessary qualifications and path to get into these companies. 3) Prepare for Consulting Interviews: Know what to say during an interview, how to prepare in advance, review, and master the interview process. In short, all the keys from internship search to interview success.

Training consulting for companies

Propose solutions to certain companies to facilitate their energy transition (especially for SKEMA alumni, such as ESCOFI). Positive Points: Train us on the challenges of tomorrow. Provide real cases that companies face. Help small businesses adapt to future challenges. How to Implement This Project? 1)Contact companies that are SKEMA alumni (ESCOFI could be one example). 2)Once a company is chosen, research its activities and understand its challenges. 2) propose simple solutions on how to improve their ecological transition.
