Resolution

Carter and his dad arrives at Sadie's, even though Carter doesn't talk with her sister at all, he tries to establish a conversation with her. While their dad was busy talking to a stranger

Climax

He tells us a story. On Christmas Eve, they were in London for a visitation day with her sister Sadie, but his dad is only allowed to visit Sadie two days a year

Rising Action

He was only allowed to visit her a few times due to Carter's grandparents hating him. After her mom died, they had a big court fight over Sadie's custody, but her grandparents won.

Rising Action

Our protagonist presents himself, his name is Carter Kane and explains his dad is an archeologist. He mentions his dad also takes him everywhere, specially to Egypt, since that's his speciality
