• Review your course syllabi for final assignment due dates, instructions, and guidelines.
• Check your final grades.
• Incompletes or unexpected circumstances: contact your Academic Advisor immediately.
• Need to take a Leave of Absence (LOA)? Contact your support team.

• Check your Plan of Study (POS) to ensure enrollment in the correct courses.
• Schedule appointments with your support team.
• Complete course registration for the upcoming term.
• Refresh your academic space in preparation for your next term.

Week 2+ Reminders

Live session attendance and participation are important aspects of the online learning experience. If you miss a live session, contact your instructor immediately. Stay on top of your weekly asynchronous materials. Refer to the course syllabus for links to readings and external media.

During the semester,

• Check your university email account for important academic updates
• Check in with your support team: Student Success, Academic Advising, and Placement Team
• Communicate proactively with your instructors, peers, academic staff, and practicum liaisons. Always reach out if you have a question, no matter how small!

2 weeks prior to the start of the term

Start with Digital Campus:

1. Login to Digital Campus. Explore its features and get comfortable with the platform navigation.

2. Update your Digital Campus profile and notification settings.

3. Bookmark "Digital Campus" in your browser for easy access.

Other tasks:

• Download and read course syllabi.
• Complete Week 1 asynchronous content, readings, and assignments
• Pay tuition
• Complete the MSW Foundations orientation course
• Forward your school email to your personal account if needed
