When it comes to documentation for those using PDP and Medicare Part D CAREConnects, make sure you’re following the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P) Call Driver in CAREConnects to keep everything consistent.

Enrollment Status Indicator

Update 1

There’s a new Enrollment Status Indicator coming soon to the CAREConnects header. This will make it super easy for you to see if a member is enrolled in M3P.

For now, you’ll find this info under the Member Plan History Tab, in the RC7 column. Here's a quick breakdown of the codes you might see:

  • E3 – Active (member is enrolled)
  • I3/V3 – Cancelled/Disenrolled
  • Blank – Not enrolled

M3P Call Driver

Update 2

The M3P Call Driver has been added, so you can easily guide members through the program or answer any of their questions.

Dissatisfaction with M3P

Update 3

We’ve also added Dissatisfaction with M3P as an option in the Grievance Call Driver. If a member is unhappy with the program or wants to file a complaint, just select this driver.
