However, services often work in isolation and consequently people don't always get the right support that they need. Services need to collaborate, share information appropriately and take a holistic approach.

Domestic and/or sexual abuse

Removal of children

Homelessness

Mental ill health

Poverty & socio-economic inequality

Involvement with the criminal justice system

Sexual exploitation and/ or prostitution

Substance misuse
