Tip: Create a "new folder" on your desktop and name it Digital Art - save all of you projects in this folder!

1. Choose an artist- Yayoi Kusama, Sean Charmatz, or David Hockeny
1. Look at the directions in edio for project examples inspired by each artist
2. Use different brushes, shape tools, and layers to create your project
3. Save as a .jpeg and submit for grading!

1. Choose an art period from the lesson and re-create your own project inspired by that movement!
1. You can also use a different style, if you'd like!
2. Use the different tools (bucket, line, shapes, brushes, etc.) to draw something that relates to you!
3. Make sure to create new layers so you can easily edit your different shapes and drawings.
4. Save your work as a .jpeg and submit it for grading!

Create a background with the gradient or paint bucket tool 4. Use the text tool to add a title in a tont that matches your story's vibe/personality or emotion. 5. Use the digital drawing tools to add related imagery. 6. Save as JPEG>Submit to edio

4. Click File>Save As>JPEG>Name project 1.2.4 Art of Personality
5. Submit to edio and answer the questions

1. As the first step, you will take a photograph of yourself (or an alternative subject)
2. Use the brush tool and doodle three elements from your life that reflect your identity.
3. Refer to the video linked to the left for further clarification.

1. Drag your photo from your computer into the white Krita canvas, and choose the "Insert New Layer" option.
1. Resize your photo using the 'Transform a layer' tool
2. Add drawings, simple shapes, lines, or all of the above, using colors that match your song's tone
3. Add the song's title or artist or both using the T (typography) tool
4. Save your work as a .jpeg and submit it for grading!

1. Download the template and open it in Krita.
2. Insert a photo of yourself
3. Add your phone number and email address (or website)
4. Insert your four favorite projects. They do not need to line up perfectly with the template
5. Add a personal motto.
