Tip: Create a "new folder" on your desktop and name it Digital Art - save all of you projects in this folder!
- Choose an artist- Yayoi Kusama, Sean Charmatz, or David Hockeny
- Look at the directions in edio for project examples inspired by each artist
- Use different brushes, shape tools, and layers to create your project
- Save as a .jpeg and submit for grading!

- You can also use a different style, if you'd like!
- Use the different tools (bucket, line, shapes, brushes, etc.) to draw something that relates to you!

1. Pick an illustration style (base your ideas/sketch on the style you select: vintage and retro, comic, fantasy, fashion, line) 2. Answer the questions in the lesson to make a plan. 3. Create a background with the gradient or paint bucket tool 4. Use the text tool to add a title in a tont that matches your story's vibe/personality or emotion. 5. Use the digital drawing tools to add related imagery. 6. Save as JPEG>Submit to edio

- Use the text tool to add a quote or phrase that describes you OR two (or more) words that describe you as a person (Examples: Funny, Artistic, Strong)
- Click File>Save As>JPEG>Name project 1.2.4 Art of Personality
- Submit to edio and answer the questions

- As the first step, you will take a photograph of yourself (or an alternative subject)
- Use the brush tool and doodle three elements from your life that reflect your identity.
- Refer to the video linked to the left for further clarification.

- Resize your photo using the 'Transform a layer' tool
- Add drawings, simple shapes, lines, or all of the above, using colors that match your song's tone

- Save your work as a .jpeg and submit it for grading!
