In 2021 we made two major decisions. The first was to get married. We did so here in Split, knowing we would someday return. The second was that, for Carlos to learn Croatian, we would have to relocate from France to Croatia. We moved to Split in April 2023 to be closer

We believe that students' linguistic backgrounds, motivations, and contexts play a vital role in their learning journey. Our approach to language learning is based on three guiding principles; differentiated instruction, active learning, and formative assessment. Every aspect of the course is well thought out and designed to provide the learner with high-quality, situation-based language instruction. We strive to make learning Croatian not only practical and effective, but also enjoyable and meaningful by offering customized materials and fostering a sense of community where learners can connect, share experiences, and grow together.
