SOS!
Dear tutors,
I hope this letter finds you well. I’m writing to ask for your advice as I am going through a difficult time. I was an excellent student back in Shenzhen No. 1 Middle School. My teachers and family had high hopes for me, but I did not do well in the Gaokao. Now that I am here at STU, I feel very disappointed and discouraged. I see my friends attending better universities, and I feel that I do not belong here at STU. It has affected me so much that I do not want to socialize with anyone, I do not like the environment, and my studies suffer. I am struggling to find the energy to push through. How can I feel more positive about my situation, and what can I do to make the most of my time here, even if this was not the path I imagined for myself? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
