  • Email should be titled: Methodist Compliance Updates & Identifiers – [Upcoming date]
  • Starts Email must always include both Compliance Updates box and the “Identifiers” information
  • “Epic Forms” need to be pulled from Nova and attached on your email update.

Daily Updates for our internal team are located in our Excel Spreadsheet: Prestarts.xlsx Daily Compliance updates to the Client –

  • Sent to facility by 9AM PST or sooner.
  • Includes copy of excel sheet info.

  • Email will always contains the compliance updates and identifiers information box. Example below!

Compliance updates

  • Facility can be strict with prestart compliance. Approvals will be provided on case-by-case basis
Generally, they do not allow compliance to be pending at time of start
  • Once compliant, we are good to mark them Client Cleared and note as Compliant in their email update.
  • Facility is prone to getting "irritated" easily
When main CL (Megan) is out of office, PM Kayla will be the main communication to the client. Before sending any approval emails, reach out to Kayla Maffin first so she can edit your email prior to sending to Methodist or she can send the approval request on our behalf.
  • Expiring and Missing Items need to be tracked with the client. However, they rarely remove a traveler from the schedule for expired items, other than the Licensure and ACLS/BLS/PALS Certifications.
