BIOGRAPHY
René is one of the founders of the Dutch innovation agency HatRabbits. He specializes in solving complex problems in a way that ensures buy-in from all major stakeholders. René leads innovation projects aimed at solving societal challenges. He also trains and coaches teams within large organisations to help them innovate with more impact.
- René will faciliate two groups of the peer coaching sessions;
- He will give feedback to the assegnments of his groups.

She has a background in International Relations at the University of Turin and the Institute of Political Science of Saint Germain en Laye, and a Master's in Culture and Communication at Aalborg University.
BIOGRAPHY
Before joining the UNSSC, Cecilia worked in the private and public sectors. In Paris, she was part of the Digital Factory Culture Department of a private multinational company. Here, she developed adaptive serious games to help internally promote the cultural shift and supported its digital community's various portfolios. In the public sector, she served as Associate Programme Officer for the Learning Innovation Programme at the International Training Center of the ILO (ITCILO).
Cecilia Ferraro Titin serves as an Individual Contractor with the UNSSC Innovation/UN Transformation Portfolio. The UN 2.0 trainings are an opportunity to creatively combineCecilia's previous experience with Innovation and Digital Transformation processes.

As the newest member of the UNSSC Innovation Team, Cecilia's contribution to the Innovation Portfolio is guided by her experience and interest in Digital Culture change and its social, political, and design-related facets.

BIOGRAPHY
Grace is an energetic workshop facilitator and philosopher, with a background in neuroscience. Within HatRabbits, she specialises in innovation and complex problem solving around sustainability. Grace currently works on sustainable rooftop use in urban areas and hosts reflective workshops through embodied practices to facilitate deep adaptation.

BIOGRAPHY
Sanne is a legal advisor turned to an innovation coach. She focuses on educating international intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs who want to set up an impact driven business or project. Sanne coaches them on accelerating their business case, validating assumptions, building their teams and establishing partnerships.

BIOGRAPHY
Berin is fluent in Japanese and is also an Association for Talent Development (ATD) Accredited Master Trainer, and Master Instructional Designer, and has a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Before joining UNSSC, Berin acted as Senior Specialist at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) Hiroshima Office, where he undertook full instructional design and quality assurance responsibilities for all face-to-face, e-learning, and blended training programmes. He has designed and delivered training in China, Japan, Jordan, Samoa, Singapore, South Sudan, Turkey, the UAE, and Uganda.
Berin McKenzie is the Head of the Knowledge Center for Leadership and Management at the USSC. A New Zealand national, Berin brings over 15 years experience in instructional design, facilitation, and the monitoring and evaluation of learning impact, with a particular focus on countries emerging from conflict.

Berin has designed and lead blended training programmes for Afghanistan, Iraq, and South Sudan, as well as for diplomats from ASEAN, examining nuclear non-proliferation, and representatives from Pacific and Indian Ocean Small Island Developing States, focused on Disaster Risk Reduction.

Furthermore, her experience with UNSSC’s Advisory Services and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at IE Business School, Madrid has helped her break down concepts, simplify them and create systems and processes as solutions.
Her background in capacity building and Peer Educations on the front-lines in a not-for-profit organisation in India, has equipped her to identify and contextualize learning to various realities.
Liyaan Sataravala is the Innovation Associate for the UNSSC Innovation Portfolio. The Innovation Associate Fellowship is the ideal intersection of Liyaan's capacity building experience in the public sector as well her background in Innovation.

Having completed her certification in Human-centered Insights demonstrated her commitment to learning by developing Strategic Foresight and Behavioural Science E-Learning, and indicated her innovative spirit by driving UNSSC’s UN System Innovation Springboard Programme, Liyaan’s experience is diverse, priming her with a UN 2.0 perspective.

With a background in business and foreign languages, prior to working with UNSSC, Rosy worked in the private sector and in the tourism. She spent two years in Paris with a private company before moving back to Italy.

Rosalia Armao has delivered her expertise to the UNSSC Turin campus for over 10 years, providing administrative, coordination and eLearning support to the training activities and events.

Rosalia Armao is a Programme Assistant in the Knowledge Centre for Leadership and Management at the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC). She is responsible for training logistic preparations, administrative coordination and relationships with participants and faculty.
