Introduction
Introduction
In this work, we will talk about the types of clients that influence our course area. Let's talk about how we can distinguish them and what they influence in our area.
Analytical client
The analytical customer is a customer that we can distinguish by the fact that this customer is: he likes to ask questions and have all the information possible before continuing with the purchase. With it, the determining factor is not the speed with which the product is acquired, but rather the analysis.
Negotiating client
The negotiating customer is a customer that we can distinguish because of what the customer is: someone who always asks for discounts, and who seeks to take some kind of advantage when purchasing. To have a favorable price.
Loyal customer
The loyal customer we can distinguish by the fact that it is the one who: is the one who prefers one brand or store over others and is always coming back to make more purchases.
Competitor customer
Competitor customer is usually the customer who arrives at the store talking about the competitor's product and looks for defects to praise the other company's.
Needy customer
The needy customer is usually the customer who: needs special attention and usually has frequent questions and requires closer monitoring.
Undecided customer
The indecisive customer is the customer that we can usually distinguish by the fact that it is: that is, they are those who enter a store or website and spend some time analyzing the products offered without knowing for sure if they want to take them home.
