New habits can be quite refreshing when you have a lot of work and need something to calm you down. This of course applies to the lenghty year we have in front of us because we know this is not going to be easy..

Set your goals to this new habit: - What do you want to achieve in the next couple of weeks?
Continue focusing on your goals: - Start doing it twice/thrice a week!
Focus on your first goal: - Start doing it once a week!

You must have gotten your fisrt goal by this month, so focus on the second one:- Start doing it everyday
