Avianca, Colombia's largest airline, has faced issues related to quiet quitting among its employees, particularly during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Faced with job cuts, salary reductions, and increased workloads, many employees—especially in ground services and flight crews—began to quietly disengage. Workers started to do the bare minimum required, avoiding any extra tasks or responsibilities beyond their job descriptions. This behavior was driven by burnout, job insecurity, and frustration over lack of communication and support from management. How can this situation affect internal and external stakeholders? Include two internal and two external stakeholders. You must state the name of the group of stakeholders, the type (internal/external) & the consequences this situation has.

You've encountered the Revenant, a towering figure with an unsettling neon glow. It embodies determination and intensity—can you delve into its mysteries and confront the weight of its past?!
Tech Innovators S.A. is a medium-sized company in the technology sector that has experienced rapid growth in the last five years. However, the workplace culture has begun to deteriorate, leading to an increase in employee turnover and a decrease in productivity. It has been identified that the current leadership style is predominantly autocratic, which has resulted in demotivation and a lack of commitment among employees. Keeping this in mind, create an intervention about leadership that allows you to compare the approaches to workforce management in the 1910s and 2020 based on this case.

A surge of chaos fills the room as the Poltergeist appears, swirling like a tempest! Books scatter, and lights flicker—can you think abstractly to tackle its unpredictable puzzles?
Amazing! Each group has a new start-up that sells the object we gave you. You must create the name of your organization, a slogan,& the organizational strategy ( a mission, vision, & values) for your company, supporting it with the function of each statement. But that is not all! Think about how your company will work and propose an organizational structure map. Will it be functional? Divisional? Why? How could this help the short & long-term success of your brand-new company?

Shade Ghost
A dark, shadowy figure with indistinct features. It moves quietly and its presence is marked by a faint chill in the air. Shade Ghost is difficult to find and even harder to catch, as it thrives in ambiguity and darkness. Reserved and thoughtful, the Shade Ghost is elusive and enjoys more complex, abstract challenges. It doesn't speak much but appreciates deep reflection and critical analysis. To engage it, you must explain theoretical models, give though-out examples, analyze stakeholders or even remember details from your classmate's work.

Sparkling ghost with a constantly shifting form, as if made of stars. Often leaves a trail of glittering dust behind. Very curious and loves asking questions in return. Prefers puzzles that make you think a bit deeper. Glimmer is also easy to find. However, it is a bit harder to catch since it loves hide and seek, and has endless curiosity. VerdeFuturo, an environmental consulting firm based in Medellín, has a mission-driven culture focused on sustainability and social responsibility. The company promotes innovation and collaboration, with a strong emphasis on reducing environmental impact. The engineering team, which handles project implementation, tends to focus on efficiency and cost-cutting, often clashing with the research and development (R&D) team, which values experimentation and long-term environmental solutions over immediate profits. Meanwhile, a small group within the marketing department has started to question whether the company's sustainability goals are genuinely achievable or just for show, pushing for more transparency and less focus on public image. As these internal dynamics evolve, something is beginning to shift. While most employees still feel committed to the company’s mission, tensions between teams are leading to a more competitive and fragmented workplace, with growing distrust between departments. Identify and state the aspects of organizational culture, subcultures, countercultures, and climate present at VerdeFuturo. Then, choose one of these categories and analyze how the current situation at VerdeFuturo can have an impact on human outcomes (mention 2).
