dentify sources of stress in your life and research stress management techniques (e.g., mindfulness, exercise, time management) and different self-care practices (e.g., exercise, meditation, hobbies). Develop a weekly self-care routine that includes at least three activities and explain why you chose each one. Create a personalized 7 day self-care routine-this can be in PowerPoint, Canva or an essay format. Get creative!

Why should we have a life balance?
- Increased stress level
- Decreased productivity
- Neglecting physical well-being
- Worsening relationships
- Better well being
- Stronger connects
- Lower chance of you experiencing burnout
- Better flow of emotions

SUNDAY
Sunday should be a reset so you can start the week fresh. This is what a Sunday looks like for me
Step 2. Organize your schedule for the new week to make things seem less hectic.
Step 1. Go to church and spend mornings with family
Step 4. Settle in with my favorite book and tea
Step 3. Have a spa day at home and everything shower
MONDAY
Something I do to decompress is skincare in the morning and night. I also take breaks during homework.
My Monday is simple, I go to class and after I manage my earnings, I do my homework and pick my outfit for the next day. My weekdays are mostly the same.
TUESDAY
After my class, I go to pick up, my siblings and later on my mom. I usually take a rest stop from driving at my grandma's house, so I don't get tired on the road.
WEDNESDAY
Let's say I have a test on Thursday I'll study for a total of 2 hours and break up the two hours into a few minutes here and there with breaks, so I don't get overstimulated.
THURSDAY
- Morning routine ( skincare, shower, breakfast )
- Plan to get to school earlier, so you can go to the library to study
- Go to class a few minutes early, take a deep breath, and pray
- Mentally prepare for the test
- Go get food or hang out with friends to ease your mind off the test
Today’s Reminder MATH TEST
FRIDAY
We can’t have too much free time, we need balance.
II don't have class on Friday’s, I forgot to mention I go to the gym mon - Fri to distress. Since my Fridays are free in the morning I try to get a shift at work to give a healthy balance.
SATURDAY
Rest day along with Sunday from the gym
I work a double shift on Saturday in the morning and at night I make plans to go out with friends.
I'll cook to ease my mind from work
The End!
