• Lasts from week 13 To week 26

• The baby's eyes have begun to face forward and slowly move, and the ears are close to reaching their final position.

• The baby might be able to make sucking motions with his or her mouth.

• Although still too slight to be felt, the baby's movements are becoming coordinated and can be detected during ultrasound exams.

Trimester 3

• Trimester 1 goes up until 12 weeks

• The fetus's major organs and body systems continue to grow and mature.

• Things like fingernails, eyelashes and hair also grow.

• The fetus is able to move its limbs, although you may not feel it until 20 weeks of pregnancy.

• The majority of growth — in both weight and length — happens in the fetal stage.

Trimester 1

• Lasts from week 27 to end of pregnancy

• your baby's bones are fully formed

• its touch receptors will be fully developed

• the baby's organs are capable of functioning on their own.

Trimester 3

• when fertilization and major organ development occurs.

• Conception is the action of a child being conceived or getting pregnant.

• Implantation is when the blastocyst then burrows into the uterine wall.
