Tai Chi for The Beginner
I Recommend...When I was young, I enjoyed more strenuous exercise, such as treadmill, boxing, indoor cycling , etc. I feel relaxed when I sweat while doing them. Doctors say that strenuous exercise may cause musele strain, joint damage and increased heart stress as we age.Tai Chi is movements are gentle, even, continuous and round. Aerobic exercise can improve the body's balance function, enhance grip strength and short-term memory, and is beneficial for elerly patients with chronic cardiovasilar and treatment. The intensity and amount of Tai Chi practice are suitable for the weak and middle-aged and elderly. Therefore, I recommend that everyone can try know more and learn Tai Chi.
